Simple spanish sayings

This week students will learn introduction of simple spanish. They will learn through;

Before playing the video, ask students simple words in english, and write them down on a class list (ex. welcomes, goodbyes, house animals, simple objects). Play the video and ask students to add to the list words they forgot. Go down the list and ask if anyone remembers the words in spanish. 

Spanish alphabet

This week students will learn how to say the alphabet. They will learn through;

Have students write down the english alphabet, working with a partner have the one partner pick a letter while the other student says the spanish letter corresponding with it. have them go back an forth until they can say the whole alphabet together. While they do partner work, keep playing the alphabet song.

Numbers 1-10

This week students will learn how to say numbers 1 through 10. They will learn through;

This video helps them learn the numbers while having a catchy tone to remember. After the song is over ask each student to say a different number, starting at 1.
